Herwart von der Decken Show

Following her successful performance test and regional competition, where she competed against one hundred other mares, Dalloway has been invited to the Herwart von der Decken Show to be held in Verden on Wednesday, August 1. 

At the show 100 of the best three-year-old Hanoverian mares, selected through regional shows all over Germany, will compete for the oak wreath and award ribbons.

The Mare Show opens the International Dressage and Show Jumping Festival, held on the occasion of the World Breeding Dressage Championships for Young Horses, at which the incredible Woodlander Farouche became World Champion five year old last year. 

We are very excited to be going to watch and are thrilled to be taking part in such a prestigious event.  Dalloway is by Desperados, who will of course be representing Germany with his rider, Kristina Sprehe, at the 2012 Olympics in London next week.
